Lydia Gonzalez is a results-oriented leader with a strong track record of performing in a fast-paced, change-oriented organization. With more than 20 years of experience marketing in the healthcare space in Puerto Rico, she worked for more than 7 years in medical planning, acquiring a complete knowledge of the entire flow and operation of Medicare Advantage, including provider links, contracting, sales, customer service, marketing, IPA, etc. Her greatest achievements include leading the business development team of two mental health systems in Puerto Rico. She been in the business development department of San Juan Capestrano Hospital for 6 years. She is now the Director of Business Development and has the opportunity to lead the best mental health team in all of Puerto Rico.
